These days Abd and I held an exhibition in our city – Aleppo, in the Armenian Veradznunt club under patronage of Minister of Culture Dr. Riad Naasan Agha.
He attended the opening of the exhibition and wrote his word in the visitors’ book.

I am pleased much by this great art which expresses the love of our artists towards their homeland Syria, it is not the camera that takes pictures, it is the hearts that are fond of the beauty, and the eyes that receives the luminosity…

My love and appreciation to you,
Dr. Riad Naasan Agha
Minister of Culture

Today I installed my tree. It really added some beauty to the routine atmosphere of the home. Nothing more beautiful than a tree, whatever a tree.

Sharrukin was right to mention that where is the Arabic (at least) version of the program, if we are promoting exchange of cultures.
Arabic was here, but not on the cover (I admit this is mistake!).
I am posting the inside pages, where the word of the club, the names of the participants, and the program is translated and printed in Arabic.

My friend and I were present at a concert of jazz, pop, and armenian folklore songs and music. It is very important in Syria, to exchange cultural relations between many kinds of people residing here.

Armenian Dance.
Here are pictures from current show of the Armenian Youth Club’s dance ensemble.
Although it is hard times for amateurs to persue a good level, but these youngs succeeded to achieve a good goal.
The hall was full, and wishers were on waiting lists.

This is a glimpse of the recital of Armenian Youth Club’s jazz band, which held its presentation in the early December 2005. All songs were “jazzed”, Armenian, Arabic, English, and Spanish.
The performers were some young, and some famous singers, and players.
This band performs once every year. Next year welcome!
